These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website kiranislamicacademy.com and the online Quran and Islamic education services provided by Kiran Islamic Academy ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully.

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a demo, or enrolling a student, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02Our Services

We provide online, teacher-led classes in Quran reading, Tajweed, Hifz, Quran understanding and Islamic studies. Class content, structure and schedules may be adjusted to suit a student's level and learning needs.

03Eligibility & Registration

Registration for students under 18 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your contact details up to date so we can arrange classes and communicate with you.

04Demo Classes

We may offer a limited period of free demo classes so families can experience our teaching before enrolling. Demo classes are intended for genuine evaluation and are subject to availability and scheduling.

05Fees & Payments

Fees for enrolled classes are set out in our official fee structure, which you can view on our Fee / Pricing page. By enrolling, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen package.

• Fees are billed according to the package and billing cycle you select.
• Payment is due in advance of the relevant class period unless agreed otherwise.
• Access to classes may be paused if fees remain unpaid after their due date.

06Scheduling & Attendance

Classes are scheduled at times agreed between the family and the academy. We ask that you inform us in advance if a student cannot attend a scheduled class. Repeated missed classes without notice may affect the student's schedule and progress, and rescheduling is subject to teacher availability.

07Cancellation & Refunds

You may request to pause or cancel enrollment by contacting us. Any refund of prepaid fees will be handled according to our refund practices in place at the time. Please contact us to discuss your situation, and add your specific cancellation and refund terms here before publishing.

08Code of Conduct

To keep classes safe and respectful, we ask students and parents to:

• Treat teachers and staff with courtesy and respect.
• Join classes on time and ready to learn, in a suitable environment.
• Refrain from sharing class links or recordings without permission.

We are equally committed to teachers conducting themselves professionally and treating every student with patience and care.

09Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of our services, including lesson content, resources, branding and website content, remain the property of Kiran Islamic Academy or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning only, and may not copy, resell or redistribute them without our written permission.

10Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide reliable, high-quality teaching. However, our services are provided on an "as is" basis, and we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our website or services, or from interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, such as internet outages.

11Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or end access to our services if these Terms are breached, if fees remain unpaid, or if conduct affects the safety or wellbeing of students or staff. You may also end enrollment at any time by contacting us.

12Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, which you should specify here.
